Established in 1993 our firm concentrates in Surrogate’s Court matters and Article 81 Guardianships. Summerfield Baldwin has been practicing almost exclusively in these areas of law for over twenty-three (23) years and has experience in assisting clients with Estate Planning, Will, Trust (including Supplemental Needs Trust), Power of Attorney, and Living Will drafting, as well as Estate Administration (including contested proceedings) and Guardianship for elderly and mentally ill persons in need.
