B) Walk south on Broadway or Nassau Street toward & past John Street to Maiden Lane

C) At Maiden Lane turn left

Driving south on Broadway past City Hall Park & the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge, stay to your left and one block beyond Fulton Street, turn left on John Street. Proceed on William Street past Nassau, William & Gold Streets to Pearl Street. At Pearl Street turn left. Proceed on Pearl Street past Platt St. (on your right) and Fletcher St. (to your left) until you reach Maiden Lane.
